Nurse Case Manager
Case managers are responsible for the coordination of the various elements that are involved in the care of an individual patient. The case manager will use resources and services in the best way possible. A nurse case manager is responsible for helping an injured worker obtain the medical care that he or she needs. Serving as a liaison between all parties involved in the workers’ compensation claim, including doctors, the injured worker, the employer, and claims professional.
