Providing superior customer service is a MCSIP core value. One of the best demonstrations of this is when we receive messages from injured workers who tell us we are exceeding our goal.
Recently, retired firefighter A. Capps gave thanks to Kristin Waters for helping him. Capps sent a handwritten, personal note to Waters stating “Thank you so much for all of your help with my claim! Please know that you are helping to give me a better quality of life.”
