Find a Pharmacy
Before filling a prescription under the MCSIP workers’ compensation program, first obtain a Pharmacy Card from the claims professional assigned to your claim. If you do not have an assigned claim professional, call CorVel at 800.234.5003.
Using the card, you will not be required to pay out of pocket for medications related to the injury. A claim number or approval from the claims professional is not required. You can receive the card by email, fax, or smartphone.
