Reporting to OSHA

The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) requires most employers to maintain accurate records of work-related injuries. CareMc tracks claim information needed for OSHA forms 300, 301, and 300A information.

CorVel will complete the required fields in CareMc in order to produce the 300, 301 and 300A forms. The Program Member will have the responsibility to review all reports for accuracy. All claim specialists will be trained on OSHA reporting expectations and documentation guidelines. Claim specialists are not OSHA experts and CorVel will work with each member making edits where necessary.
